DAY BY DAY ITINERARY .
Day 1. SAN JOSE / ARENAL Arrivals to the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Transfer to Arenal Volcano and check In at Hotel Volcano Lodge. Visit at middle afternoon to the Baldi Hot Springs and dinner. (L, D) .
Day 2. ARENAL . After breakfast, guided excursion to the Arenal National Park and the lava fields. Afternoon: Horseback Riding tour to La Fortuna Waterfall. Evening free time for enjoy La Fortuna town on your own. (B)
Day 3. ARENAL / TORTUGUERO . After a hearty breakfast we will enjoy a scenic drive along the mountains on our way to meet the boat which will take us to Tortuguero. The second part of this amazing trip, involves riding in a boat which was specially designed to travel through the Tortuguero Canals, so we can marvel at the natural surroundings during the nearly 3 hours that it will take us to get to our Lodge in the Tortuguero National Park. Overnight at Pachira Lodge or Laguna Lodge. ( B,L,D)
Day 4. TORTUGUERO N.P. Early in the morning, you will explore some of the many canals of Tortuguero. The Abundance of tropical wildlife in its natural habitat, birds, monkeys, caimans, toucans, will be striking to you. We'll initiate our journey from the hotel, traveling in a motor boat up the canals, a unique system of natural and man-made canals that serve as waterways for transportation and exploration. A short hiking to the Tortuguero Hill is included. Free time during the afternoon for your own enjoyment of the hotel and its surroundings. NOTE: Entrance fee to the National Park is not included and it is $ 8 per person. (B,L,D)
Day 5. TORTUGUERO- PUERTO VIEJO . This morning, after breakfast, you will travel back down the canal system for 3 hours, observing wildlife as we go. In Matina our bus and driver will be waiting to pick you up and take you to Hotel Suerre Caribe in Puerto Viejo de Limon. Free time for resting and enjoy the hotel facilities. ( B,L,D)
Day. 6 PUERTO VIEJO / CAHUITA . Beach Day. Free time for enjoy the pristine beaches of the area or take optional tours. (B, L, D).
Day. 7 PUERTO VIEJO . Free morning for enjoy the hotel facilities and beaches. After lunch, transfer to San Jose . Overnight at Hotel Irazu.. (B, L).
Day 8. TRANSFER OUT . Transfer to the International Airport approximately 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Good Bye.

Notes:
- Rates based in double occupancy and minimum 2 pax.
- Single supplement, please add $ 450.
- Passengers between 4-10 years old are considered children. Their fee is 80% of the adult fee when share room with 2 parents.
- 3 rd and 4 th Passenger and teenagers sharing room with parents pay 80% of the regular rate.
- Passengers under 3 years old are considered infants and do not pay any fee. Parents will assume their expenses and provide their meals.
- Category B is based with a 4X4 Terios. Mandatory insurance is not included ($18 per day) and Car Rental deposit ($ 750). Car Upgrade available.
