Limon is a beautiful province of Costa Rica, located all along the Caribbean Coast of the country. The most important places for stay are Tortuguero on the north and Cahuita & Puerto Viejo on the south. Mostly of the lodges and hotels are 2 or 3 stars and all of them focuses on ecotourism due the zone is very rich in terms of wildlife and nature. Sarapiqui is located mainland and between San Jose and Puerto Limon. Sarapiqui is a great place for nature lovers, birdwatchers or people interested on adventure trips as whitewater rafting, canopy, horseback ridings, mountain bike, rapeling or nature walks.
