Upon leaving the pier, your driver and tour guide will provide an interesting historical background regarding the settlement and original landmarks of Puerto Limon. Points of interest you will see includes a visit to Dole banana plantation where you will learn about the crop, harvesting, packing and exportation. Besides this, you will see Moin Pier, where most of our products are exported, Playa Bonita Beach, the oil refinery, the countryside, Limon City and the most important souvenirs stores, where you can find that special gift you are looking for.

• The meeting point is inside the pier. Greenway have a special permission. Our guides are located close to the main gangway, just behind the security stand (scanner).

• Buses for 44 or 52 passengers have toilet.
• This tour has been designated an cultural tour.
• Tour is wheelchair accessible.
• All tour guides are bi-lingual English – Spanish. For other languages please make the request in advance.
• During this tour, in some places there is no shade, pax should bring sunscream, a hat, sunglases, etc.
• During the rainy season, Sep- Nov, pax should expect some rain. Pax should bring a raincoat.
• Greenway Tours suggests pax to bring mosquito spray for beach and rain forest tours.
• Greenway Tours buses are equipped with First-Aid Kit in case of accidents.
• Pax should wear comfortable shoes.
